BALSAS RIVER’S NAUTICAL MARATHON: 6 DAYS OF DARING AND EMOTION

The Balsas River’s Marathon has the full support and backing of the Government of the States of Guerrero and Michoacán, logistics, lodging, food, drag, safety and other aspects are coordinated by the government, with the intention to reposition Marathon between sports attractions in Tierra Caliente region.

PAQUIMÉ: MOST IMPORTANT ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE NORTHERN OF MEXICO

Nuevo Casas Grandes is a warm weather city in the Mexican Chihuahua State It is an important mining and agricultural center. This important city held during the first days of June to early July the Regional Wheat’s fair with public entertainment, cockfights and horse races.

7 km from the city is the most important archaeological site in northern Mexico called Paquimé, which is established in a wide valley without vegetation in an area of more than 50 hectares. This city was planned and built-up by a powerful people, buildings and ceremonial monuments were built with clay from a precast mud system.
